If so-called “  polymeric material battery could be put into mass production, people would not need traditional car with exhaust pollution any more.

As we all known that graphene is by far the thinnest battery material. If using graphene to make battery, it will up to 50 percent lighter and several times higher of the energy storage than traditional lithium battery in theory. According to estimates from the researchers at US Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the charge and discharge speed of graphene anode material is 10 times faster than graphite in lithium ion battery. Graphene anode is double that of graphite, which is currently used in Li-ion battery. It will increase 20 percent Li-ion battery capacity.

Many venture companies are dedicated to developing graphene in Spanish. Graphene has been the important material for deep research in major industrial countries. However, the production technology is still at the primary stage. Graphene has the advantages of small and light, cost effective, but the production cost is relatively high, which has a certain influence on its development. So far, super battery development is not limited to graphene, such as Japan is dedicated to develop high performance and low cost with magnesium, Sweden institutions try to use carbon fiber to improve the performance of lithium-ion battery. Nevertheless, it will take a long time to put this new technology into practice.
